Responsive, good comms, excellent old-skool customer service. Big shout out to Matt and Ollie who attended a job at my apartment block today. Matt quoted about a week ago and took me though everything, patiently and honestly. The boys rocked up today, very easy to deal with, polite, did a great job that they tested, talked me through the outcome, left the area tidy. I'll be recommending AJR for all the plumbing needs out our apartments. They're reliable, honest, and quick.

We had a really great expereince from start to finish with Andrew J Robertson Plumbing. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and patient team. Andrew was fantastic in diagnosing the issue and providing us with the initial quote and then answering various questions we had about it with patience. Rob in head office was incredibly responsive and helpful with our questions too. Cooper and Ollie who came to do the job (install new hot water system and completely new gas pipes throughout our house) were also fantastic - polite, hard working, good-natured and efficient. Thanks very much team for your excellent work!
